About the Role

Fujitsu is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 2nd Line Support Technician. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing second-line support to our customers and partners, working closely with the Service Desk to resolve issues and provide solutions to enable fast responses to issues raised within the IT environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT infrastructure, including server systems, network architecture, and software applications.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support the team.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT support and infrastructure, with experience in server systems, network architecture, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, such as ITSM, CMDB, and incident management.
