Dispute Resolution and Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities
As a Dispute Resolution Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Maternity Risk Management Team, ensuring seamless workflow and effective communication. Your key duties will include:
- Minute taking with accuracy and precision
- Organizing meetings for the relevant teams, utilizing your expertise in time management and coordination
- Pulling data for reports, analyzing trends and insights to inform decision-making
- Providing administrative and secretarial support, leveraging your knowledge of software packages and management systems
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data
