Key Responsibilities

As a Dispute Resolution Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Maternity Risk Management Team, ensuring seamless workflow and effective communication. Your key duties will include:

  • Minute taking with accuracy and precision
  • Organizing meetings for the relevant teams, utilizing your expertise in time management and coordination
  • Pulling data for reports, analyzing trends and insights to inform decision-making
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support, leveraging your knowledge of software packages and management systems

  • Excellent secretarial and administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
