Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled Construction Management Administrator to manage residential projects up to £165M across the south coast. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, working closely with production and commercial teams, design consultancies, and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Administration: Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of residential projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Document Control: Manage the creation, review, and approval of construction documents, including drawing documents and client return documents.
  • Client Interaction: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, record-keeping, and report generation, to support the production and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a systematic approach, and a focus on delivering high-quality results. A background in main contractor operations and experience with Turbodesk are highly desirable. In exchange for a competitive day rate, we expect a high level of commitment, discipline, and professionalism.

Estimated salary: £45-£65 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
