Solar Market Expansion Lead

Cpl Life Sciences is a pioneering company in the Solar market, seeking a highly skilled Expansion Lead to spearhead our entry into the North of England region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales leadership, experience in the renewable energy or technology sectors, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Key skills include excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to achieve sales targets, and a dynamic approach to sales and business growth.
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy or technology sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably with regional responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth in a competitive market.
