As a Market Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, recruiting and training a high-performing team, and developing strategies to penetrate and dominate your market sector. Our competitive salary package reflects your expertise, with a base salary of AUD $150,000 per annum, plus equity in our successful business.

The role requires a proven track record of success in 360 recruitment, with billings over £200k, as well as experience working in the renewable energy, engineering, construction, or finance sectors. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
