About Our Role

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our expansion into niche tech spaces, including Software Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, Blockchain, and ERP.

As a key member of our team, you will establish and scale our presence in these markets, guiding consultants toward success while developing client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across niche technical markets, leveraging business development skills to strengthen our reach.
  • Lead and inspire a team of consultants by providing hands-on training, sharing best practices, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Shape recruitment strategies to align with business objectives, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Drive team productivity by setting ambitious targets and monitoring KPIs, helping each team member reach their potential.
  • Promote our services through tech webinars, exclusive roundtable events, and in-person gatherings, positioning yourself as a recognized leader in your market.
About You
  • Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, preferably within the tech industry, with a strong track record of client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring junior consultants, with the ability to coach and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, combined with strong sales and negotiation expertise.
  • A driven, ambitious mindset with resilience and business acumen.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to lead by example and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture.
