**Your Role**

This role is not your ‘_Off The Shelf Generic ‘Sales Team Leader Role_’, you will work in a modern office, and work alongside the Core Team, and you will be an integral part of that team, working closely with the Managing Director, CFO Technical Director and Head of Operations.

You will have an important role in our company, and be valued, you will be the leader in our Sales Team of Appointment Setters and Sales Closers.

You will be responsible for driving excellence within the team.

The support, training and advancement that you will receive from ourselves is like no other.

There is no cold calling, these are clients who have signed up and shown a specific interest in our products already.

The opportunity and financial rewards are staggering for both the Sales Team and the Team Leader.

You must want to be the driving force of our Sales Team.

Probably also wants to step out of their current role and into a new one, of selling a product that transforms lives, the planet and your pocket all at the same time.

You’ll act with a stand alone business owner mentality towards delivering brilliance with your team.

Share your knowledge with our sales & customer support teams to enable them to have well-informed conversations and handovers

**The Process**

Our in-house marketing team provides approximately 50 fresh Google leads per day.

Our in-house Sales Executives call the leads and pre qualify them, once qualified they set up the online appointments for the Closers.

The Closers sit the Appointments and handover to Operations.

**Your Responsibilities**

To be able to lead and inspire the team effectively inspire the team

A no holds barred approach to delivering successful outcomes for the team.

An amazing communicator with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, liaising with many stakeholders and influencing them to be an active participant in finding the greatest outcomes.

To be a starter-finisher, & a go-getter, with a drive to seek out improvements and deliver them.
- Conduct morning meetings with your team, weekly 1-2-1s and feedback.
- Fully coach and train the team in products, systems and processes.
- Keeping KPIs to the highest of standards, pipeline management.
- Daily reporting on figures and results from the day.

A high level of adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects at one time (we are growing exponentially)

**Requirements / Deal Breakers**

Must have direct experience of working in the Solar Panel and Battery Storage Industry.

You must have proficient computer skills.

Excellent communication skills and must not be scared to speak the truth.

High energy.

Powerful work ethic.

Batteries included.

Be money motivated, success driven and result orientated.

Must want to become more.

Must have your own vehicle to drive to the office in Middleton, Manchester.

Worked in a call centre environment, can read data and make decisions from that data.

You have a complete understanding of the products, the sales and installation process and the industry as a whole with a proven track record of running successful teams.
