Solar Sales Opportunity

In the thriving field of renewable energy, Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. With a projected 400% growth in the next 2 years, this role offers an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic and high-performing sales team. As a leader in the residential solar industry, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and support on all our installations while contributing to a cleaner planet.

This full-time position involves responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and warm leads generated through our marketing efforts, with no cold calling or door knocking required. You will conduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals of potential customers, present solutions that directly address their identified needs, and maintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.

Required skills and qualifications include proven inside/outside sales experience, ability to over-achieve quota consistently, strong phone and in-home presence, proficiency with CRM systems and video conferencing tools, excellent verbal and written communication skills, reliable transportation, and a cell phone with data plan.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including paid training and uncapped commission earnings, with first-year OTE compensation between $100K-$125K.
