**The role of our Office Assistants**
- Assisting with handover documents & customer certification.
- Administrative support to office i.e., letters, photocopying, printing, binding etc
- Answering inbound calls from customers and engineers.
- Scanning of site files/pictures on to the internal server.
- Supporting the sales team by creating quotations.
- Liaising with surveyors & technical team.
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Word processing and literacy skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to set and reach targets
- Upbeat and positive attitude

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
