Hirexo have exclusively partnered with a successful Management Services company to recruit an experienced Office Administrator on a part-time basis. This role is based at their Manchester office, with set working days of Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
About the Role:
Join a highly respected Management Services business, well-established for its expertise in providing invaluable support to clients in areas such as insolvency avoidance, insolvency guidance, raising capital and finance, and facilitating Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). As this business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented Office Administrator to assist their directors and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. This opportunity offers the chance to become a key part of a collaborative, supportive team and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing crucial administrative support to the directors, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
Organising office tasks, managing office supplies, and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly
Assisting with general office management duties to ensure the business continues to function efficiently
Handling day-to-day administration, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Committing to working on-site in the office on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with set hours that cannot be altered
Assisting with the potential growth of the administration team as the business expands, offering the possibility of leadership responsibilities in the future
The Ideal Candidate:
A well-established and experienced administrator with a strong background in office management, ideally with a focus on providing support to senior leaders or directors
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues alike
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload effectively
Previous experience in insolvency, finance, or a similar sector is advantageous but not essential. A background in administrative roles within a corporate environment is highly desirable
A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
