Administrative HR Manager

We are seeking an Administrative HR Manager to oversee HR operations at TOD'S Group. This role involves providing strategic HR support to our teams in the UK, Netherlands, and Spain.
Main activities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborating with the HR team to deliver HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping
- Providing HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees
- Coordinating training and development initiatives, including coaching and mentoring
- Overseeing payroll, benefits, and time-off administration
Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
