Workday HR Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR systems, specifically Workday. You will serve as the primary administrator for the platform, manage and troubleshoot processes related to employee records, job changes, benefits, and payroll.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and experience in cyclical HR functions, such as performance management, mid-year reviews, and goal setting. They will also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Management:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Workday platform.
- Manage and troubleshoot Workday processes related to employee records, job changes, benefits, and payroll.
- Generate and analyze Workday reports to inform HR decisions.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee and support onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and employee transition processes.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Cyclical HR Processes:
- Drive annual and mid-year performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes.
- Collaborate with management to ensure timely completion of performance reviews and development plans.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, performance issues, and general HR practices.
- HR Reporting & Analysis:
- Use Workday analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, turnover, and more.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹11,00,000 per annum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 - 6 years of HR experience, with a focus on HRIS management (Workday experience is preferred).
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, performance management, and other HR cyclical processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
