We are seeking a highly skilled HR Workday Implementation Lead to lead the implementation of Workday-related projects at Slaughter and May. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes, while driving business value through effective change management and solution delivery.

This role requires a unique blend of HR expertise and technical knowledge of Workday modules. If you have a passion for transformation and a proven track record in implementing successful change programs, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday-related projects, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes that meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver Workday-related projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth transition to new systems and processes
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Workday modules and best practices to ensure effective implementation
  • Providing training and support to users on new systems and processes
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on Workday implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
