About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Solicitor to join our in-house legal team at Elior. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating key client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual policies and procedures for Elior UK and its subsidiary companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior managers and directors on commercial and legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as the main legal contact for the purchasing team and support functions (HR, Finance, IT, Sales, etc.).
  • Ensure contracts are legally sound, aligned with company policies, and in place before the supply of goods/services.
  • Support the development and delivery of training within the Legal team and the wider business.
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with commercial contracts.
  • Proven drafting and negotiation skills, particularly around commercial matters.
  • A self-starter, confident and competent to work alone, but also not afraid to seek support where appropriate.
  • The ability to understand, interpret, and apply commercial principles in the provision of legal services, particularly in respect of financial modelling and risk evaluation.
