Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property fee-earning work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client files, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, bank funding, and pension purchases, with a high level of autonomy.
- Ensure compliance with our firm's quality and risk management procedures, including Lexcel and the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets.
- Engage in business development opportunities and promote the firm through networking and relationship-building.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.
- Demonstrate expertise in commercial property law and stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in IT and telephone systems relevant to modern legal practice.
