We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant disputes, and financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client files independently, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with our firm's quality and risk management procedures, including Lexcel and the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets.
- Engage in business development opportunities and promote the firm's services to clients and contacts.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, maintaining a network of contacts and referrers.
- Demonstrate expertise in commercial property law and stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments.
- Utilize modern IT systems and technology to support efficient legal practice.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
