About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant disputes, and bank funding.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client files independently, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  2. Ensure compliance with our quality and risk management procedures, including Lexcel and the SRA Code of Conduct.
  3. Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets.
  4. Engage in business development opportunities and promote the firm's services.
  5. Attend and participate in team meetings and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.
  6. Demonstrate expertise in commercial property law and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  7. Utilize IT and telephone systems to support efficient legal practice.
