We are seeking a dedicated Residential Property Fee Earner to join our esteemed team in Stockport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files, from initiation to completion, unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct matters on behalf of clients in accordance with our quality and risk management procedures.
- Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, billing, and cash collection.
- Participate in business development, supervise colleagues, and engage in marketing activities.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3-4 years of fee-earning work. You must be efficient, well-organised, and timely, with excellent communication skills both in writing and face-to-face.
You should be in tune with our mission statement and core values, and demonstrate a commitment to these principles. Proficiency in IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice is essential, including the ability to use case management systems and other standard applications.
