Job Summary:

Our esteemed client, the Elite Touch Group, is seeking an accomplished Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant disputes, and financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, process, and complete commercial property fee-earning work for client files, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adherence to the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
  • Generate fee income and maintain proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection in line with agreed targets.
  • Participate in business development opportunities to promote the Elite Touch Group and its services.
  • Supervise and support fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues, covering absence and holidays.
  • Attend clients in person and provide support in a professional and friendly manner, upholding the firm's standards for client care.
  • Manage filing systems, including the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files, in accordance with the procedures contained in the office manual.
  • Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers, promoting the Elite Touch Group in your professional and personal life.
  • Develop and maintain good IT and communication skills, including the use of case management systems, email, and office facilities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and case management systems.
