About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property fee-earning work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client files, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, bank funding, and pension purchases, with a high level of autonomy.
  2. Ensure compliance with our firm's quality and risk management procedures, including Lexcel and the SRA Code of Conduct.
  3. Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets.
  4. Engage in business development opportunities and promote the firm through networking and relationship-building.
  5. Participate in team meetings and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.
  6. Demonstrate expertise in commercial property law and stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments.
  7. Develop and maintain proficiency in IT and telephone systems relevant to modern legal practice.
