About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating key client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual policies and procedures for Elior UK and its subsidiary companies.

With a diverse portfolio of clients and suppliers across various sectors, this is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging but rewarding role. You will work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders, using your commercial acumen and legal expertise to provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating key client and supplier contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual policies and procedures
  • Working closely with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Providing commercial and legal advice to support business growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE in a commercial law environment
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Strong commercial acumen and legal expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
