About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our business teams on a range of commercial and contractual matters.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients to ensure compliance with our company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities for the business.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to ensure that all contracts are in place prior to supply of goods or commencement of services.
  • Lead or assist in the negotiation and re-negotiation process in relation to client contracts.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of PQE in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in the commercial and corporate sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
