Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Solicitor to join our team at Sacco Mann. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for working on a broad spectrum of privately funded Family matters, including divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy, cohabitee disputes and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and representation to clients in Family law matters
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their cases and provide guidance
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in Family law and ensuring that clients are aware of their rights and options
  • Collaborating with other solicitors and professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of Family law.
