Miller Grace Recruitment is representing a prestigious national legal firm seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with over 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to enhance their expanding team. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of commercial property legal services, including transactions related to sales and acquisitions, landlord-tenant issues, financing through banks, and pension fund purchases.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in independently managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver legal services to clients with precision and reliability, adhering to the firm's quality standards and risk management protocols.
  • Generate revenue while maintaining accurate records of time spent, work in progress, billing, and collections in accordance with established targets.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to promote the team and the firm.
  • Provide oversight and assistance to colleagues in their fee-earning activities during periods of absence.
  • Supervise junior fee earners as necessary.
  • Participate in marketing efforts at the firm, group, or office level.
  • Interact with clients both in person and via telephone, ensuring a professional and courteous approach that aligns with the firm's client care standards.
