Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy and friendly team at Elite Touch Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant issues, bank funding, and pension purchases.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct matters on behalf of clients with accuracy, reliability, and adherence to our quality and risk management procedures.
- Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection in line with agreed targets.
- Take an active part in business development opportunities on behalf of the team and firm.
- Supervise and support fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues to cover absence and holidays.
- Participate in marketing activities on a firm-wide, group, or office basis.
- Attend clients in person and on the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage filing in both paper and digital formats, including the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
- Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers, promoting the firm in your professional and personal life.
- Develop and maintain good IT and telephone skills, including the ability to use case management systems and other standard applications.
