We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our in-house legal team at Elior UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior managers and directors on commercial and legal matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Act as the main legal contact for the purchasing team and support functions, ensuring contracts are legally sound and aligned with company policies.
  • Lead or assist in contract negotiations and re-negotiations with clients, involving relevant support functions.
  • Support the development and delivery of training within the Legal team and the wider business.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of post-qualification experience in a well-known national law firm or established in-house legal team.
  • Experience of dealing with commercial contracts, with proven drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Committed, driven, and able to work autonomously, as well as part of a collaborative team.
