Reliability Asset Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Asset Reliability Engineer to join our team at Pertemps Leeds Commercial. As an Asset Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of techniques and tools to increase asset availability.
Your key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of technical delivery and asset lifecycle management in complex engineering environments.
You will drive initiatives to minimize building and asset energy consumption while working with support functions to develop and deploy technologies and tools to modernize the service.
As a site-level expert, you will produce technical reports and provide simplicity to complex engineering issues while completing technical/quality assessments to understand the impact of change activities.
You will be accountable for operational availability of critical plant equipment/systems, audit-ready technical & quality documentation, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise (Ideally 5 years+), creative problem-solving skills, an analytical mind, and a collaborative spirit.
