We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Design Specialist to join our Marketing team at Elior UK. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the creative strategy for our central marketing team and support the delivery of strategic marketing plans across the business.

About the Role

This senior-level role will oversee the development of innovative visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message to customers. You will be responsible for creating graphics for digital, print, and event materials, as well as collaborating with regional marketing teams to design sector-specific materials.

As a Senior Visual Design Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from managing campaign assets to developing new food brand concepts. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to manage end-to-end design projects will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative strategy for the central marketing team and develop innovative visual designs that align with our brand guidelines
  • Create graphics for digital, print, and event materials, including social media graphics, posters, and brochures
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to design sector-specific materials and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Manage campaign assets, including designing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop new food brand concepts and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring them to life
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in the food and beverage industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and print production
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
