Asset Integrity Specialist

Macclesfield, Cheshire East, United Kingdom Royal London Full time

We're seeking a highly creative and intellectually curious graduate to join our two-year cross-functional and rotational programme. As an Asset Integrity Specialist, you'll work on overarching projects, analysing data and providing context for informed business decisions.

You'll have the opportunity to learn and work cross-functionally with colleagues, bringing fresh perspective to existing processes and methodologies. Our expectation is that colleagues will come into the office for 50% of their time, with a hybrid model built around our mutual mindset.

We're the UK's largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company, offering protection, long-term savings, and asset management products and services. We welcome applications from individuals who have taken an extended career break and offer flexible working arrangements for all our roles.

As a graduate on our programme, you'll receive targeted learning and development opportunities, participate in group initiatives, and work on projects that will help you grow future enterprise leadership capability.

We believe your difference is our strength, and our organisation benefits from the different perspectives that diversity brings. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with IT and data, with a willingness to learn, and able to deliver multiple projects concurrently.

Our inclusion networks and events across the business will provide opportunities for you to build your network and join a small cohort of graduates on this two-year programme.

We offer a starting salary of £33,000 per annum plus bonus, generous pension, and life assurance. You'll also have access to private medical insurance, 24/7 confidential access to health, legal, and financial advice, and great office facilities.

Our programme is designed to grow future enterprise leadership capability, and we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, intellectually curious, and able to identify, articulate, and communicate key conclusions from analysis in simple terms.
