About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager to lead our nature and biodiversity strategy and roadmap, integrating it into our climate strategy and existing structures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Group's strategy and roadmap for nature and biodiversity.Build the Group's understanding of nature and biodiversity through research, external engagement, and data/tools.Provide strategic oversight of nature risks and opportunities across the Group.Develop tools and methodologies to support nature risk and opportunities identification, monitoring, and management.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the financial services sector, knowledge of nature and biodiversity, and excellent networking, writing, and presentation skills.
