About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our in-house legal team at Elior. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.

  • Ensuring contracts are legally sound and aligned with company policies.

  • Collaborating with senior managers and directors on commercial and legal matters.

  • Leading or assisting in contract negotiations and re-negotiations.

  • Supporting the development and delivery of training within the Legal team and the wider business.

Requirements:

  • 3/4 + years PQE in a well-known/national law firm or established in-house legal team.

  • Experience of dealing with commercial contracts and proven drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Committed, driven, able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

  • A clear, concise and thoughtful drafting style, with the ability to create clear and unambiguous clauses.

  • A friendly and approachable character, able to fit into a small team.
