Job Title: Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team at Elior. As a Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to our business, ensuring that we operate within the bounds of the law and maintain a strong reputation.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing legal advice to our internal clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business, ensuring that we operate within the bounds of the law
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and ensure that our business is compliant with all relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective legal strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of PQE in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, with a focus on commercial law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and initiative
