About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of conveyancing cases, working closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases, including freehold and leasehold properties, sales and purchases, and new builds.
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence on properties, identifying potential issues and advising clients accordingly.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor or Lawyer.
  • Proven track record of handling complex conveyancing cases.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
