Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Lead a small sales team of Sales Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Compensation Package
  • A competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
