The Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Aerospace Business Development Manager. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for proactively selling all market segments, including meetings, events, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include managing existing client accounts, developing new business, and identifying opportunities for local corporate partnerships. You will also represent our hotel at trade shows and exhibitions, hosting client show-rounds and FAM trips.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of driving new business within the hotel industry. A natural sales professional with knowledge and experience of developing and implementing sales strategies, you will possess a solid record of securing new business within meetings and events.

You should have previous experience in key account management and new business development. This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Package

We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, plus benefits including hotel discounts, health & wellbeing initiatives, pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
