Business Development Manager

**Job Overview:**
Tracware is a global software developer seeking a Business Development Manager to join our project implementation team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive structure, project management, and client service delivery. You will work closely with our Customer Account Managers to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with client objectives.
We are looking for someone who can deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, ideally within the aviation, aerospace, or defence sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
· Collaborate with the client Services team to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with client objectives.
· Drive process re-alignment initiatives and deliver training programs tailored to client needs.
· Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
· Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling new products and services during project execution.
· Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
**Estimated Salary:**
£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
