We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Sales Team Lead to join our team and drive business growth in the aerospace sector.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  2. Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  3. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
