Aerospace Sales Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Sales Team Lead to join our team and drive business growth in the aerospace sector.
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the aerospace sector.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
