Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment.
Role Overview:This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide-ranging role in B2B marketing, offering the chance to develop and grow with an experienced Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver targeted campaigns, customer communications, and product promotions.
- Create engaging content for websites, e-shots, campaign emails, and product promotions.
- Manage social media channels to grow our company's online profile.
- Work closely with sales teams to build solid relationships and support their needs.
- Maintain accurate product information in the PIM system and across all ecommerce channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyse monthly performance statistics to demonstrate return on investment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a busy B2B marketing team, with expertise in implementing marketing, customer communication, lead generation, and social media campaigns.
Benefits:- An attractive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
