We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Macclesfield. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
