Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Reception Services Coordinator to join our team at Imperial London Hotels Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the reception team, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of the reception team, including scheduling and workflow management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- An excellent command of English language and strong communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in using property management systems
