Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative for Williams Manufacturing's Construction division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the South East Territory. Your primary objective will be to deliver revenue targets through existing accounts and new business development.

You will work closely with internal commercial and sales support teams to execute a clear sales strategy and report on sales pipeline, portfolio revenue, and sales action plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage their own diary and scheduling customer visits. Proficiency in CRM systems is essential.

A competitive salary of £53,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous uncapped bonus scheme, pension, company credit card, lunch allowance, company car, comprehensive employee support package, and formal training & development opportunities are available.
