Telesales Executive

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: £23,500 per annum.

This role involves supporting the business strategy by delivering on small commercial telephone sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering small commercial telephone sales targets and supporting the development of new business pipeline through high-quality targeted customer service.
  • Outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team.
  • Positively impacting Agency sales through prospecting new clients.
  • Reviewing areas of success and developing best working practices across the new business development teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contacts, including regularly reviewing and updating data records.
  • Demonstrating high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model in line with our values and ethos.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships within the Agency team and key contacts and teams within NFU Mutual.
