Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team at Pearson Whiffin - Business Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of financial services products, ensuring that key responsibilities are met with high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate leads for financial services in line with set targets
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner to align lead generation efforts
- Support and train team members in cross-selling financial services products
- Coordinate sales campaigns, including appointment booking and performance tracking
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the agency team to meet customer and business objectives
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service with a track record in a target-driven role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential for this position.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workloads under pressure
- Experience working with Financial Services, or with knowledge of Financial Services products is essential for this position
