About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a German Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and developing new and existing business opportunities in the German education market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen business relationships with key customer accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish new routes to market and introduce additional product offerings.
  • Collaborate with German distributors and partners to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven sales management experience within the German or European education markets or similar sectors.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service.

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Car allowance.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • 20 days holiday increasing to 25 after 3 years' service.
