Job Summary

The Asia Program Evaluation Coordinator will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of a world where wildlife thrives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing impactful work, analyzing indicator data across our projects and programmes, and communicating our successes and the lessons learned to a wide range of stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design impactful work for country and other field teams.
  • Analyze indicator data across our projects and programmes.
  • Communicate our successes and the lessons learned to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collate and analyze data on outputs, outcomes, and impact from a wide range of projects and programmes in Asia.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as international development or conservation.
  • Demonstrable prior experience in MEAL and/or project evaluation, working with colleagues and partners from different cultural backgrounds in countries in Asia.
  • Solid project management experience demonstrating strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple project strands simultaneously.
  • Good data collation, sorting, cleaning, and basic analysis skills using appropriate packages such as Excel.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Creative, confident, and articulate with good presentation and communication skills and comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of PHP 450,000 - 550,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

  • Holidays – 15 days paid annual leave during each 12-month period worked, plus regular and local holidays as per proclamation in the Philippines.
  • Benefits- we cover all government mandated benefits from Philhealth, SSS, and HDMF as well as 13th month pay. Plus over 6 weeks of paid Sick Leave.
  • Wellbeing – we provide HMO coverage to all staff and three dependents as well as full accident insurance coverage c/o UK Headquarters.
  • Communication and Meal Allowances subject to the needs of the project.
  • Maternity leave, solo-parent, and paternity leave available as per Labor Law in the Philippines.
