Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Coordination Specialist to join our team at Theirworld. This is a full-time position based in London, with a 12-month contract, and the possibility of extension.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, organizing communications, maintaining complex databases, and supporting event planning and logistics for high-profile international events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project tasks to ensure on-time delivery of key campaign activities, and track progress on tasks.
  • Contact Tracking and Event Coordination: Organize stakeholder lists and update data within Salesforce, assist with research and data analysis, and support the planning and organization of high-profile international events.
  • Communications and Evaluation Support: Draft and coordinate communications to stakeholders, ensure alignment with the campaign's messaging and identity, and coordinate internal and external communication channels.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
