Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing events team as an **Events Program Manager - UK, Europe & Asia**. The role will involve managing and delivering a wide range of in-person, hybrid and virtual events that support our growth ambitions across all channels, with a particular focus on our key markets in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in event management, preferably in asset management or the financial services industry. They will also have strong negotiation skills and the ability to procure economies of scale for the business as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and delivering a wide range of in-person, hybrid and virtual events that support our growth ambitions across all channels, with a particular focus on our key markets in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific
  • Developing and implementing effective event plans and strategies to meet our business objectives
  • Working closely with our marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-educated background
  • Strong project management certification (such as PRINCE2 or equivalent) is desired but not essential
  • SIGNIFICANT event management experience in the UK, Europe & Asia, ideally in asset management or the financial services industry
  • Significant people management and leadership experience, ideally within the events industry
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects with multiple stakeholders within tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
