About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency professional to join our team as a Business Partner in Newmarket. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area, including targeted marketing, canvassing, and developing business contacts with local constituencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area
- Targeted marketing and canvassing
- Developing business contacts with local constituencies
- Valuing and converting market appraisal opportunities
- Overseeing instructions to completion
Requirements:
- At least 4 years+ Estate Agency experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
- Ability to build local relationships and generate business
- Strong marketing and sales skills
