Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Manager to join our Private Client division in Newmarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own book of business and providing exceptional insurance and service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing insurance solutions to high-net-worth clients and farm and estate owners.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in accordance with our ideal client profile.
  • Processing risks, preparing policy documentation, and inviting renewals.
  • Producing invoices and assisting with premium collection.
  • Liaising with insurers, surveyors, and loss adjustors on client matters.
  • Assisting team members with client queries and ensuring compliance with our procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and a strong understanding of the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work accurately and consistently.
  • Awareness of compliance rules and FCA regulations.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
