About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Recruiter to join our team at KW Realty Centres. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving aggressive growth in the number of licensed real estate agents within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting and leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on building strong consultative relationships with top agents in the office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high-producing and high-potential real estate agents to the office.
  • Overseeing the hiring, leadership, and development of staff, ensuring they are properly trained and held accountable to KWRC's high-performance standards.
  • Providing business development and financial management consulting to top agents within the office, helping them achieve dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.
  • Promoting a strong learning-based environment and ensuring agents have access to top-of-the-line training and educational opportunities.
  • Maintaining a positive and empowering environment that challenges associates to reach their potential while providing a caring, people-first atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Demonstrated proven track record recruiting.
  • High-level growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment preferred.
  • Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently.
  • Strong verbal leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree an asset.
  • Strong understanding of online and web-based technologies required.
